Wendy has been a key part of Locker & Riley’s team over the last 40 years and provides a wealth of experience. Being both our Company Secretary and Financial Controller, Wendy ensures regulatory compliance, efficient financial management, and assistance in strategic planning to support the company's onward development.

As Company Secretary, Wendy manages corporate governance, board meetings, and regulatory filings, ensuring transparency and compliance with industry regulations. In the role of Financial Controller, she heads the accounting team and oversees financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and cost control, helping the company maintain financial health and operational efficiency.

Alan brings over 45 years of expertise in the fibrous plaster industry, having had the privilege of contributing to some of the most prestigious projects both in the UK and internationally. His experience includes work on Royal Palaces, luxury residential properties, high-end hotels, and shopping centres.

As Contracts Manager, Alan recognises the value of working alongside and managing a team of highly skilled and knowledgeable tradespeople. He believes that their expertise plays a vital role in ensuring smooth project delivery.

In his current role, Alan is dedicated to upholding Locker & Riley’s high standards. Ensuring a safe working environment for all team members to delivering outstanding results that meet the exacting expectations of the company and its clients.

Chris is dedicated to delivering high quality technical drawing packages and is proud to be a pivotal part of a highly skilled team. He engages at the earliest opportunity on every project and maintains close relationships, particularly with our estimating team, main contractors, and other specialists to ensure smooth coordination from the very beginning of the design development phase.

With over 8 years of experience at Locker & Riley, Chris has worked on some of the UK’s most prestigious private residences, commercial properties, and major London theatres. His expertise ensures the successful delivery of each project to the highest standard.

Chris has over a decade of commercial experience in the construction industry, working with both sub and main contractors over multiple sectors.

Chris’s involvement in both the pre-construction and delivery stages of our projects means he can build long standing relationships with our clients. Chris is dedicated to works collaboratively with all project stakeholders to deliver projects to budget and of the highest standards.

With over 45 years of experience in the construction industry, Gary's journey began at the age of 13, working as a plasterer’s labourer on Saturday mornings. Over the decades, he has developed expertise across a range of disciplines, including solid and fibrous plaster, lime plasters, and external renders.

Gary’s extensive experience is complemented by his membership in the Institute of Clerks of Works.

In his current position as Heritage Manager at Locker & Riley, Gary is responsible for conducting detailed surveys and preparing reports on the condition and restoration needs of historical plasterwork within some of the UK’s most iconic period properties. His role is pivotal in ensuring the preservation and continued beauty of these architectural treasures

With over 17 years of industry experience, Jemima has worked on many prestigious residential, commercial, and educational projects across the UK and internationally.

Jemima is dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, collaborating on the development of project designs and proposals. Her proactive approach ensures that each project is completed to meet client expectations while maintaining the exceptional standards for which Locker & Riley are renowned.

In addition to her project-focused work, Jemima oversees Locker & Riley's in-house marketing and PR. She collaborates with industry professionals to enhance brand awareness through a range of innovative and impactful channels, further solidifying the company's reputation for excellence.

Kiera is a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Manager, experienced in overseeing and optimising our manufacturing operation. With a strong focus on efficiency, quality control, and team collaboration, Kiera manages our production schedules, coordinates cross-functional teams, and implements process improvements to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of all our products.

Passionate about continuous improvement, the environment and problem-solving, Kiera is committed to driving continued production excellence that our customers expect.

With just under 40 years of experience in the fibrous plastering industry, he is proud to be following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather.

Mark has had the privilege of working on many prestigious projects across the country, including renovations of Royal Residences.

Mark is focused on building and maintaining strong working relationships with all of our clients, ensuring that every project is delivered with complete client satisfaction.

Simon has over 30 years of experience in the decorative plaster industry. Simon has an unparalleled knowledge of the history and evolution of plaster mouldings, honed through his work on some of the UK’s most iconic historical buildings.

In 2017, Simon furthered his credentials by earning an MSc in Building Conservation.

Passionate about sharing his knowledge, Simon regularly delivers CPD presentations on Decorative Plasterwork, inspiring industry professionals and clients alike.
