Training at Locker & Riley

We are very proud to be one of only a handful of companies that still offers high quality in-house training to young employees.
Ben Wright (19) is a second generation fibrous plasterer. His father Dave has been with Locker & Riley for over 25 years and heads up our production facility.
Ben is currently pursuing his NVQ Level 2 and intends to achieve Level 3 with ‘heritage’ qualification in the near future.
We’re passionate about employing trainees to carry on our craftsmanship, standards and skills - passing from generation to generation - and we’re very happy to currently employ trainees in our office, sculpture, workshop and installation teams, guaranteeing the Locker & Riley quality for years to come.
